To Exercise Or Not To Exercise…
That was the question of the day. I had pretty much sabotaged myself from the time I rolled out of bed this morning. It’s Friday! Who wants to wear yourself out and be sweaty and smelly on a Friday? Not me…
Or so I thought! I was very easily convinced to be that sweaty smelly person when I got the phone call early this morning, “Let’s talk while we walk.” 762 miles between us and we still found a way to go for a walk together.
So what did I really get out of today’s exercise? I feel better…I’m still on track…but most of all I learned that with the help of my best friend and weight loss buddy I can do this! Through motivating eachother, I really will be 38-43 # lighter.
My motivation to you…put on those walking shoes and get moving! Take it from me, you’ll feel better when you’re done.
